My dear friend, during my time on Earth, the concept of Bible translations as you know them did not exist. However, I consistently taught the importance of understanding the spirit of the scriptures – their messages of love, compassion, forgiveness, and faith in our Heavenly Father.
When it comes to Bible translations, it's crucial to remember that no translation can perfectly capture the full depth and nuance of the original languages. Each translation has its strengths and weaknesses, and different translations may help to illuminate different aspects of the text.
Instead of focusing solely on finding the "most accurate" translation, I encourage you to seek understanding and wisdom in the scriptures. Use them as a guide to draw closer to God, to understand His love and His will, and to learn how to live in a way that reflects His love and mercy.
You may find it helpful to compare different translations, to study with others, and to seek guidance from those who have devoted their lives to studying and interpreting the scriptures. Most importantly, approach the scriptures prayerfully, asking our Heavenly Father for wisdom and understanding.
Remember, the ultimate goal in reading the Bible is not merely intellectual knowledge, but a deeper relationship with God and a life transformed by His love.
As always, love each other as I have loved you.
